This is what a fine seafood in a port city should be like. I've been there at least 10 times and there are no bad experiences. It is in the same boutique/plaza as Damon's Rib Restaurant and it is equally great with naturally quite a different menu. The fish is always fresh and cooked anyway you like it. The atmosphere is bright and there is an abundance of greenery. Prices are a little high but they give fair value. I highly recommend it.
